TC Special

(Thread Compound for Drill Pipe, Tool Joints & Drill Collars And Other Rotary Shouldered Connections) TC Special is a multiple duty drill pipe, drill collar and tool joint compound that contains Specialty Solid Lubricants such as Copper etc. It is a Lead and Graphite free Solids based product to ensure leak proof seal even in extreme conditions. It is further fortified with anti-corrosive, extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-oxidants for protection and prevention of excessive circumferential make up in hostile drilling environments.

AREA OF APPLICATION

For use on tool joints, drill pipe, drill collar and other rotary shouldered connections. Recommended when downhole conditions are severe and the probability of makeup while drilling is anticipated such as high angle holes, horizontal drilling applications, geothermal wells, problem holes involving high temperatures etc.
