((Bonded Lubricant)) This is a suspension of microsize PTFE powder in a binder-solvent system of resinous nature to achieve a bonded lubricating film over various surfaces. It can be cured by Air drying or better by curing @120°C for 60 minutes in an oven.

Density at 15° C 0.95 ± 0.1
Drying Time Approx. 20 minutes at R. T.
Curing Time Approx. 60 minutes at.
Adhesion Good, even on relatively smooth surfaces
Coating thickness 3 to 10 microns depending on the number of coats applied.
